hi i have been arrested for a DUI.and this is my second time,my lisence was suspented.what will happend to me?

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  If your first DWI was dismissed as a resutl of doing some kind of program, this is technically your first DWI.  Usually, you can be exposed to 2 days or so in jail or community service and fines.  if you did not have a program available to you on the first DWI, you may be exposed to a few months in jail depending on the statute.  I suggest that you obtain a lawyer to respresent you as you may have available defenses to the DWI or your lawyer may be able to work out a deal to keep you out of jail.
