If I am purchasing a house with my wife and she will be on the mortgage but not on the deed, can her creditor put a lien on it?

There is too little information to answer one way or the other. Each state has different laws. If you live in a community property state, then unless you specified the property as your separate property, your wife will have a share regardless how the title was written. The creditor will put a lien on the property.
