Have car payments but they sent me the pink slip with no lean holder
Question Details: I owe money on a car I'm making payments on. THey just sent me the pink slip with me as the registered owner and no lean holder on it. Can they repossess the car if I dont pay? Will it go on my credit as the amount owed? Can I file bankruputcy and put that debt in there?
