What is the law regarding the timing of harassment?
Question Details:
My employer changed its sexual harassment policy reporting time period from 18 months to 2 years. It's a private company but those reporting timeframes are outside EEOC federal and state reporting time lines. Is this legal?

It's silly to place your reporting time period outside of the law and possibly misleading. However, it's not illegal to do so.
