I had a accident at crossroads; it was my fault. I pulled out but the sun was in my eyes. What will happen?

Question Details:

I was driving and came to a crossroads and the sun was blinding me. It looked like nothing was coming so I pulled out but there was a van and it went into the side of me. The other driver went to hospital but nothing major. Will I get points or my license taken from me for this?

If you were cited, then you will likely need to appear in court for the infraction.  Your surcharge is going to be the least of your worries.  You should retain an attorney to represent you the injured party comes after you for damages.  Please don't hesitate to contact my office.
