Thank you for your inquiry. I'm sorry to hear about your grandmother. I'm not really sure of your objective. I'm going to assume that you want to keep the house. I need the following information before I can tell you what to do:

1. Where is the house located (city, ST & county)

2. Where did grandma live and die?

3. When you say "1 sibling and two daughters" do you mean grandma had two daughters?

4. Did grandma have any children who previously died?

5. Are the heirs in agreement as to what to do with the house?

6. Did grandma buy the house by herself?

7. Is there a mortgage?

Please respond.

THank you,

Dave
