Question Details: Can I get served over a $650 bill from a company that i haven't been able to pay due to a work injury. I haven't been able to pay in 4 months and when i try to set up a payment schedule they say no. Can I get served over $650 dollars

Yes.  You might want to start creating a "paper trail" of emails or letters to the company explaining your hardships and offering to pay in installments.  In the event that you are taken to court over this money, you want to be able to show that you are making a good-faith effort to pay what you owe.
