From a Divorce to Reconcilement

Question Details: I recently (one week ago) got legally divorced after a 1 year battle. We have reconciled and I would to void the divorce. How can I go about doing that? and can I doint it on my own? Please advise.

yes it is possible,  you would have to file a motion in Superior Court Family Part, to vacate the final judgement.  You can do it yourself as it is law that you can represent yourself.  You must know that even if you do it yourself  (it is called pro se) you still must follow all the rules of the Court and procedure.  Most county court houses have a person to talk to and may even have "pro se" kits.  Remember Court staff can not give legal advice but they can help you with providing certain forms free of charge.  Also, remember that the longer you wait the more difficult it is as one of the factors aof granting you the relief it the amount of time that has passed.  good luck
