financed vehical is repaired , when do i see monies,i'm not working at this time ,and from out of state.

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  You need to file a claim with the other person's insurance company.  the insurance company will investigate the accident and pay you to fix your car.  the insurance company will also do an estimate of their own to let you know how much they will pay to have the car fixed.  that is the procedure.  If you failed to go through these hoops, then you should file a small claims action against the driver to compensate you for the damages to the car. bring the repair bill and police report to court.  the at fault driver will be held responsible.  then you can collect your money.
