Finalizing a divorce

Question Details: My fiancee has been in the process of a divroce for over a year and a half. He was married for 9 years. We live in California The Kings County court ordered 2/3 of his paycheck be taken out to pay for spousal support. He is a 32 year old, correctional officer and she is a 63 year old housewife. They have no children together and neither one is contesting the divorce. What can my fiancee do to fianlize this divorce?
