Question: Divorce, Marriage, Alimony - California

Filing for Temporary Custody
My husban and I have separated with no legal course.I want to file for Temporary Custody in California. My husban and I previously have smoked pot. My husban says if I file he will state I smoke marjuana. (he does too). What will happen to my son.
