Question Details: I currently have a federal tax lien against me. I am selling a property in Broward County. Does the lien have to be specifically attached to the property or do I have to satisfy the lien regardless?

The lien attaches to all real property you own.

If it was a real estate property tax lien it would attach to the property in question.  However, a federal tax lien is on you and attaches to all of your property (both real and personal).
