Family member won't or can't get to attorney for legal advise.

Question Details: My brother won't go to an attorney to make up a will, etc. What legal documents can be purchased on line that we can have notorized and still be legal and binding? Thanks

There are several sources of online legal documents, such as nolo press, and several items of software that are available that do the same thing.  The normal cautions and caveats apply, of course, to documents prepared in either manner that have not been reviewed by an attorney - they may not be complete or workable.  Whether a DIY document is better than no document at all is a matter of opinion.  Good luck.
