If htye weer truely "executions" on judgments, and they were in place for a long time, it may be that there was nothing the attorney could have done to have them removed. They became, effectively, second or third mortgages on the property. Perhaps you can file a Ch 13 bankrutpcy and "cram down" these "executions" by paying on them pennies on the dollar? Your attorney should, at the very least, return your phone calls and answer your questions about this. I would suggest you sit down and write him a letter and send it by certified mail.
