You cannot evict a minor child from your home; the age of majority in Illinois is 18.  However, you can have them removed if they pose a threat to you or any legal occupants of the home (other children, for example).  In this case, you need to contact the police if you are in fear of immenent harm; if not you could also contact your state's social services department for help with this.  They will best know how to advise you of your legal rights in this situation.
