If I have a DUI charge while living inone statebut moving to another before conviction, is jail time still a probability in my former state?

I will be moving out of state. I’m being charged with a 2nd DUI in my current state but haven’t been convicted yet. The state has mandatory jail time for 2nd offense DUI charges but the state that I’m moving to does not. If I move before being convicted, could I still face jail time?

The laws in the state where the charge is pending would determine whether you are looking at jail time.  It does not matter which state you reside, it matters which state you were charged in.  If you were charged in a state with mandatory jail time for a second offense OUI, and you are convicted, you would have to serve that jail time.
