Question: Divorce, Marriage, Alimony - Arizona

Asked on 8/12/2009
Does my mother needs to have custody for my baby?
Im a 20 years old mother, my baby will turn 7 months this month. I will be going back to school and hoping to get a job to help my fiance save up, so we can move to California. My mother lives in California, and I stay with my fiance in Arizona. Im just wondering if were still going to need to give my mother custody to be able to get access in medical insurance and other things that my baby will need, but were going to send my mom money for the baby. And it will be a temporary stay just until i finish school or until we save up enough money to move.
