Question: Medical Malpractice - Pennsylvania

Doctors mistake

My baby's circumcision was done wrong. His new doctor also told me it was done wrong. My sonhe was born in NY; I currently live in PA; I'm moving to FL. in Feb. How can I go about suing the doctor who did this?

It is probably your best bet to contact an attorney in NY or one who is licensed to practice in NY.  Every state has different laws so it is best to work with an attorney who practices in the state where the circumcision was performed.
