DUI / DWI Law Answers

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  A confession is where the accused admits to the crime or charges to the police or to another person.  the evidence of the confession is usually admitted through the person that witnessed the confession or it is a piece of paper as people often write confession and sign them in front of witnesses.  The evidence of the confession is powerful evidence, however, there may be issues surrounding the confession where it may not be admissible in court because the police violated certain rights.  i suggest that you meet with a lawyer to discuss the confession to determine whether there is a way to keep it out of evidence.
