do i still owe the bail bonds man?
i got arrested, bailed out, went to first court date, missed second court date, bail forfeited warrant was issued, 2 weeks later rearrested by port authority, original bail $25000 judge reinstated bail at $50000 stood in county for two weeks, took the plea. probation, fines, bonds man threaten to sue my family for the house if i don't pay $400.
