Do I stand a chance taking this back to court through aanother lawyer?
Question Details: Am paying 300 mo child support. said i would check on helath ins. that ex was supposed to have done. Next tthing i know i am court ordered to carry health ins. on my daughter. Almost 1 yr. later I found out my lawyer also agreed to my paying half of all school fees for senior year- I was never even in court room.
