Do I stand a chance taking this back to court through aanother lawyer?
Am paying 300 mo child support. said i would check on helath ins. that ex was supposed to have done. Next tthing i know i am court ordered to carry health ins. on my daughter. Almost 1 yr. later I found out my lawyer also agreed to my paying half of all school fees for senior year- I was never even in court room.

It is the norm in the state of Ohio that the obligor would be responsible for carrying health insurance on the children. Why did it take you a year to find out that you are responsible for paying half of all school fees? How did you get a divorce without going into a court room? Did you miss the final hearing?
