Do I need a lawyer if I'm being sued by an insurance company regarding a car accident?
Question Details: I was involed in a nauto accident about 4 years ago. I was not given a ticket for being at fault. The car was a friend's and was not insured. I was given a ticket for driving an uninsured vehicle and driving a vehicle with a suspended registration. Now the insurance company is sueing me for the money.
