Question: Medical Malpractice - Pennsylvania

Do I join a Civil Suit or Sue on my own.
I took Levaquin (J&J Pharma) in July . .I have the terrible side effects that it can give .. . extreme pain in my major joints and tendons. Do I join one of the civil lawsuits (you see them on TV or in the Internet) or do I sue on my own. IF I sue on my own . .where is the best place to find an attorney that would be best for this type of case.
