Do I have to pay preschool tuition if I took my child out of school for abuse?

I took my child out of his preschool because of abuse. Another mom also witnesses abuse with her child and decided to have the school investigated. I will join her and maybe 2 other moms also. Does she have the right to demand a months tuition because I didn't give her 30 days notice? Yes, I signed a contract. This is a nonprofit organization run by a veterans memorial center with a board of directors. We pay a normal preschool tuition ($550/mo part time). I want to demand all my money back. This is my worse nightmare come true!
You have stated that your child has been the victim of abuse at the pre-school, and that he may not be the only victim. What kind of abuse are you referring to? Physical abuse, emotional abuse, a combination thereof, etc.?
