Do I have to give a full refund after 2 months?

Question Details: Hello. I'm PC repair guy. 2 months ago i replaced hard drives for customer. He called yesterday saying that he wants complete refund because one of the hard drives have failed. I said that I can't take it back for a refund - it's been over a month and she can contact the manufacturer to get a replacement. 1) can she sue me in small claims court without any evidences? 2) How likely is that she will win this case in small claims court? 3) Do i have to provide any paperwork to customers? 4)If there is no written warranty/refund policy - how is this case will be treated?

It depends on your warranty.  The consumer can merely contact the disk manufacturer, and if it under warranty, it will be replaced.

1.  Any one can sue;

2.  from what you said, it is very hard to answer;

3.  I do not know what you mean by paperwork

4.  Then you will tell the court what the oral representations were.
