Divorce without kids

Question Details: My wife and I are on the verge of divorce because she wants more kids and I don't. If we split up, and prior to the divorce, she decides to use some of my sperm that is stored at a uroligist facility to get pregnant through IVF, am I at all responsible for that child?

You may be able to authorize destruction of the sperm. If not, then an action would need to be filed with the court to prevent usage.
