Divorce after 4 months?
Question Details: I met and married my husband within 6 months, My husband wants a divorce. Do we have to file for a divorce before the 6 month separation or wait 6 months to file? He posted ads on craigslist for sex is this enough to get me divorced from him?

However, it does seem to me that the craigslist ads (assuming you've saved them, and can prove they were put up by your husband) should prove emotional abuse, if not adultery (you'd need to prove he connected on an ad, for that), and that would allow you to file before the 6 months' separation, if I'm reading the law in your state correctly.
