Disturbing the peace, pedestrian in roadway
Question Details: I was arrested and jailed, out on $100 bond and given court date for disturbing the peace and pedestrian in roadway. Was very drunk and don't remember the incident at all, was wondering how i could find out more info so i can know what to expect from the judge when i go to court. I do know that i was being an idiot and mouthy with the officers thats all that i do know.

Go to the police agency that gave you the ticket and ask for a copy of their report. It will cost a few dollars (under $10) but it is a public record and they will have to supply it to you - or go to the prosecuting attorneys office and ask ofr the 'discovery' (i.e. contents of their file) and that shoudl be the same thing.
