IF I GET A JUDGEMENT AGAINST ME FROM A CREDIT CARD COMPANY, CAN THEY LEVY MY WIFE'S BANK ACCOUNT OR GARNISH HER WAGES? THE CREDIT CARD IS IN MY NAME ONLY.
