Credit card liability in divorce

Question Details: Divorced in Washington in 2007. A joint credit card with a $20,000+ balance was assigned to spouse per decree among other items that were divided. Spouse is now threatening to default. Will I be liable for the balance if she defaults even though I have a court judgement assigning the debt to her as part of the settlement?
