Judges are not restricted from combining cases together for the purposes of sentencing if the cases are consolidated by the state.  it is advantagous for the defendant that has more than one case pending to try to consolodate all the cases together to resolve them through one agreed upon disposition with the state.  judges have the discretion however, to disregard a plea agreement and sentence recommendation.  i sugest that your lawyer have a pretrial with the judge so the judge can see that the state and the defense have a mutual agreement on time and the charges beforehand so the judge is not caught off guard and does not question the deal.
