If a complaint filed against us personally and our LLC, what will happen if we respond but our LLC doesn't?

If you respond but your LLC does not, the plaintiff will be able to get a default judgment against your LLC.  You do not want to allow this to happen.  You are correct however that you need to have an attorney represent the LLC.  Feel free to give me a call.
