Civil restitution/bankruptcy

Question Details:

I was arrested for theft from the workplace. In the plea bargain I have to pay monitary restitution of 50,000.00 This money is tied into my probation by a financial package. There is no way I can pay this off in 3 years. Can I file bankruptcy on it.
