City Bus Side Swiped My Girlfriend's Car
My girlfriend's car was parked legally on the street, a city bus sideswiped it at night, to fix all damages it cost over 3500 and the city buses insurance is sending her a 2000 check... what do we do????

Before you cash that check, consult an attorney in your area. The attorney, after reviewing your case, can determine if the insurance company is offering you a reasonable amount. You can also decide whether or not you want to pursue a lawsuit. Keep in mind that insurance companies try to settle for the least amount of money. However, if you are satisfied with the $2000, then you can accept the check and give up your right to sue.
