Child support modification
Question Details: I currently average a gross income of about $2,400.00 a month. I will be attending pharmacy school next year. I won't be working during this time. I am aware that many courts treat the situation as if you make minimum wage at full time. Would they do this in my situation?-Or would they keep it at $2,400.00?

It would depend upon the information presented to the court at the time the modification issue is heard by the court.
The court could use either income, but if presented properly there is a good probability that the minimum wage would be used.
