changing location of exchange
I have court in Tehama county and the opposing lawyers want a demand for exchange of expert trial witness information down in sacremento at there office how do I change the location?

I am a CA attorney.  In the Southern California area, where I practice, the demand for exchange of expert witnesses is completed by mailing a list of experts by the cutoff date.  Be careful, designating experts is technical.  I suggest you look at this list and find counsel to represent you.
