Question: Auto Accidents - Florida

Carr accident 2 year ago, I was at fault with no insurance now being sue for $15,000
two years ago i was involved in a car accident and i was at fault. I didn't have no insurance but the other driver did. I was a little drunk and was given a DUI. From that time I got sued. At first they were charging and trying to collect the dept for the car damages in the amount of $6000 now the attorney supposedly is trying to get the final juggement from the court to pay a total amount of $15,000. They also send me an information sheet to fill out I have 45 days to repond. They send it to me june 18th. I have no money,no job. What do I do?

You should fill out the information sheet truthfully reflecting that you have no money and no job.  The jusdgment will sit and accrue interest until you can pay it.  They may suspend your license if you do not make arrangements to pay the judgment.  Good luck.
