Car accident, not at fault, no insurance, car totaled, will i still get compensation
Question Details: I was t boned by another driver and he totaled my car. It was his fault he ran a red light, but i have no insurance. Will i still get compensation for my totaled car? I know what i did was wrong but this would have never happened if it were not for the negligence of this other driver... is there anything I can do?

The other driver's insurance company may give you a hard time if the driver told the insurance company that you ran the red light, but your lack of a license should not be the determining factor.
