Can your employer require you to wear the company uniform before you are on the clock?
Question Details: My employer has institiuted a policy that all employees will arrive and depart work in company issued uniform or face disciplinary action.

Yes, this requirement is perfectly permissible. The fact is that an employer can set the terms and conditions of employment much as it sees fit; this includes mandating employee's attire when arriving/departing the workplace. So unless you have an employment cotract or union agreement that prohibits such a requirement or it is the result of some form of legally actionable discrimination, I'm afraid that you will have to "suit up".
