Can you go to jail for hiding your car and not paying the car note?

Hiding your car in this way would be in violation of concealment laws. It is not legal to hide a vehicle from repossession if there is a court order in place; in fact in some states no court order is necessary. You are legally obligated to turn over the vehicle. Additional out of pocket expenses could be incurred by you iand criminal charges could be filed against you (you could end up in jail although most finance companies are typically reluctant to take things this far).
At this point, you should consult with the attorney general's office of consumer protection in your state regarding this company's actions and your rights, and criminal penalties.
