DUI / DWI Law Answers

If your friend has a valid driver's license in the state he's living in right now, I'd expect he would not have too much trouble;  since the DUI's are on his record, the fact that he has a valid license tells Florida that he's done what was required in his sentences.

Your friend might want to get a license, where he is now, before moving, if he doesn't have one, because (assuming it's the same state where he got the DUI's) it's likely to be easier and faster there.

If your friend doesn't think he's able to get his license back, where he is now, I'd say he isn't any more likely to be able to get a license in Florida, or any other state.
