I practice law in Arizona which does not have a diminished value statute.  I am not aware of any statute or case in Nevada that would award you a diminished value for your claim.  It is possible that some insurers might offer this kind of coverage to a policyholder in states where diminished value is not covered by the third party (the other person's insurance carrier), but one would have to ask to see if the coverage is available.
