Question: Criminal Defense - Texas

Asked on 10/6/2009
Can the court make me go to rehab even if it wasn't included in the agreement I signed?
The terms of my probation were edited and I did sign a new agreement form or whatever it is called but there was nothing written about rehab. I got a call 2 days ago saying I had until the end of next week to get into an outpatient rehab or my case was being sent back to the judge?
