If you are the owner of the rights to the photo (you are the photographer, it was taken as a work for hire for you, or you bought the rights to it from the photographer), you have control over how and where that photo is shown.  If someone simply copied the photo from your website and is using it on their site, you have, at the minimum, the right to force them to remove it.  Depending on how the photo is being used, you may have additional rights against the person/site infringing on your copyright.  You should speak to an attorney to determine what you need to do to protect your interests in the photo.
