Can someone appeal a case that they pled "no contest" to 4 years ago?

Unfortunately, it really just depends on the basis of the appeal.  If you are going to allege your attorney was ineffective, then you may have an issue for appeal, but this is somewhat difficult to argue in light of the plea.  My firm offers free case consultations and handles such matters.  Good luck.
