No. Section 207 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 407) prohibits garnishment of Social Security benefits. Note that once benefits are paid, they will continue to be protected as long as they are identifiable as Social Security benefits. So, for example, don't take your benefits and mix them up with other non-Social Security money.
