Question: Divorce, Marriage, Alimony - Texas

Can one parent take a child out of state without informing the other parent?
The father took the child out of state and the mother did not know. THey are still married but are separated. The mother lives in Texas and so did the father till he took the child to move out of state.

Is there a court order in place? Please contact my office to give more details. Are they in the process of getting divorce. If just separated there has to be an order that has to be put in place.
