If your wife has a legitimate reason for moving out of state, you really can't stop her. However, you have rights regarding custody and visitation with your children. Make sure that you get a custody and visitation plan included in your divorce. This will avoid any misunderstandings and problems in the future. Consult a family law attorney in your area to guide you and your wife through the divorce process.
