Can my uncle evict me and only give me a few days to get out?

If you are a tenant in your uncle's home or other unit, he must give you at least a thirty (30) day written notice that you tenancy is at an end assuming it is or if you are in breach of any lease agreement. Assuming you are and you do not vacate in the thirty (30) day time period, then he can file an eviction action against you at the county court house.
