Can my landlord evict me for possession and use of medical marijuana, if I am a legal card holder?

The landlord can evict you for "current criminal activity."  ARS 33-1368.  Although marijuana use may be allowed under state law, it is still illegal under federal law (although not currently enforced).  Therefore, the landlord probably can evict you on those grounds.
